While the benchmarking is facilitated by Carlisle, it is really made possible by the members. Each member company designates a Steering Committee Member and a Data Gatherer to work closely with the Carlisle staff to design and complete the benchmarking activities. Behind-the-scenes planning activities include Steering Committee Member and Data Gatherer planning meetings; site selection; interviews; data collection; survey design; presentation writing; and much more. Through these activities, participants develop unparalleled insight into their company and the industry.
At the conference, attendees have the opportunity to attend presentations, participate in interactive discussions, take in the awards presentation, and engage in numerous networking opportunities. Prior to the event, participants receive a data book containing hundreds of pages of performance benchmarks that encompass 26 companies and over 250 warehouses.
In addition to these specific conference-related activities, your NAPB membership allows you to participate in many other member-only initiatives throughout the year, many at no additional cost

All of the information shared at the benchmarking forum – and during the other activities throughout the year – is governed by strict, global non-disclosure agreements (NDAs), which serve to severely limit distribution and prevent unauthorized use of this information. These agreements are dutifully respected and updated annually. All of our member companies, and the entire Carlisle staff, have current confidentiality agreements on file.
